Can a coach reschedule a lesson if he/she/they miss it?

Yes, a coach can reschedule a lesson if it is missed. To reschedule a lesson:

Sign into the account. Go to "Lessons".

The missed lesson will be listed under the "Lessons".

Click on the "Reschedule Lesson" icon of the missed lesson.

A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the lesson for the student and click "Send".


How can coaches enhance their profiles and make it outstanding?

Coaches can include the YouTube link of their introduction video to make it more attractive. They can also include relevant information about themselves like biography, skills, and experience, which also helps in making their profile outstanding.


Is there any feature to record audio and video?

The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system. The API currently integrated is CometChat that does support the recording functionality. However, we are coming up with a new release of Yo!Coach with a new API - LessonFace that supports audio/video recording.

How can performers schedule a lesson?

To schedule a lesson:

Sign into the account. Go to "Coaches" which will open a list of coaches registered on the portal.

Select a Broadway Approved Coach with whom you want to schedule a lesson and go to his/her/their profile.

Performers can now either book a free trial session or purchase a lesson.

Performers can then select a date and time from the calendar and confirm the booking.

To purchase a lesson, performers are required to make the payment, and further schedule the lesson as per the availability of your Broadway Approved coach.


How do new performers get started?

To get started on the platform, performers are required to register with their email account and verify it by clicking the link sent on their email address.

Each performer/applicant must then provide a 30-second "audition video" that provides a quick glimpse into your performance focus.

After email verification and video submission, performers can log in and set up their profile like picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.

Performers can then search for a Broadway Approved Coach as per their requirements by entering the subject/course name.

Post that, the performers can select a coach that suits them and continue with their classes.
